MANAGING THE SECURITY SURVEILLANCE CENTRE

The Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Slovenia has issued our company a suitable licence for managing the security surveillance centre while the company employs technically competent operators of security surveillance centre.

The security surveillance centre receives signals (and telephone calls) from technically and physically protected facilities and areas and then after processing these signals channels them to the suitable intervention and other services, service users, responsible authorities or to the governmental and other institutions. The security surveillance centre can supervise whether or not the security systems are turned on protected facilities as well as the passability of media connectivity among the protected facilities and the signal receivers and takes appropriate measures when irregularities are detected. The security surveillance centre performs tasks for direct customers of PS Varnost services as well as for other providers of that kind of services in the country.
