PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Legal area of protection of personal today represents an essential and necessary part of our private and working life.

The Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, number 94/07) determines the processors and contractual processors of personal data, who are obliged to govern this area using the following procedures:

they must prepare an internal document in which they prescribe procedures and measures for protection of personal data and appoint the persons, who are responsible for certain collections of personal data;
establish a catalogue of personal data collection;
forward data from the catalogue to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Protection (Information Commissioner).
