Legislation requires the performance of the first measurements of the noise and according to the obtained results as well as periodic measurements – monitoring every three years regarding the noise, which causes continuous or occasional noise within the environment. The major noise sources include different industrial, handicraft, catering and transport facilities, constructions sites, public events and meetings and so on. In addition to mentioned measurements, we also make professional evaluations of environmental burdening with noise for the needs of Inspections Services, local authorities and other.
Monitoring the environmental situation due to resources emitting dust (for example construction work and so on) also requires measurements of emission concentration of dustiness within the environment of such resources (zero measurements, measurements during the procedure and during operation) in order to establish environmental burdening and eventual responses.
Legislation dictates, for certain types of activities which affect the physical environment (facilities, installations, equipment) which could, according to their activity in size, have a degradation effect on the environment, the preparation of comprehensive reports regarding the environmental effects with the purpose to analyse and evaluate the acceptance of such procedure from the perspective of all actual burdening and environmental consequences.
The subject of such report is also a proposal of additional preventive measures of environmental protection in case we believe that the proposed measures are not sufficient. Report on environmental effects represents the integral part of the application for construction license authorisation.
