The business system Varnost Maribor is the first and for the time being the only company rising from the activity of private protection and has its place of business in the field of the former common country.

Thus, the company has been present in the territory of the former Republic of Serbia since the year 2003, one year after that the company entered the market of the Republic of Macedonia, and at the end of the year 2008 we realized an acquisition in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. In the territory outside the home country business system Varnost Maribor almost as many co-workers as in Republic of Slovenia (as of August 31st, 2010 there is almost 900 people working abroad), however, due to the differences in economic conditions the company generates only 20% of common realization on the markets outside the Republic of Slovenia.

The primary consideration for entering foreign markets is to provide comparable standards of carrying out activities of private protection on all markets. Subscribers of these services are becoming more and more demanding, and above all things, many customers wish to transfer the accepted standards and good practice also on other markets.
